Q: How much are they?
A: From £25.00.

A: They can be redeemed against any of our collections subject to the Gift Voucher Terms and conditions.
Q: How are they issued?
A: Either on-line or off-line. The choice is yours!
On-Line. The on-line version is completely electronic. On purchasing a Gift Voucher on line and checking out you will be asked to enter the recipient’s name and email address together with a personal message from you. The recipient is then sent an email confirming the unique Gift Voucher code and amount together with your personal message. The recipient redeems the electronic Gift Voucher on-line by inserting the unique code when making a purchase on-line and checking out. You have the option to have the email sent to you to print and hand over personally if preferable.
Off-Line. For an additional £4.50, the off-line version is purchased and redeemable on-line, however, the Gift Voucher is presented in a beautiful hand made card and sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service directly to you to present personally or alternatively we can send it to the recipient directly. It's up to you.
International Off-Line Gift Vouchers, £6.50 for European and £9.50 for other International locations, are sent via Royal Mail’s International Signed for Service.
